Your scattered days,
in one place, with a chief of staff.
A life dashboard that puts your notes, habits, tasks and everything you learn on one screen. Dot, a chief of staff on Telegram, who takes what you say from your phone, hands the work to the right agent and brings back the results. The life OS Bohee uses every day, set up on your own Mac.
✅ 3 habits · 📅 Meeting at 2:00 PM · 📌 1 due today
Anything to change?
Two parts that work as one.
The dashboard is where your life's records build up. Dot is the assistant who works with those records. Both run on your own Mac, and your data stays in your folders as Markdown files.

- Delegates to working agents, one per project folder
- Remembers what it learns about you and picks up where you left off

It doesn't do everything itself. It delegates and follows through.
Dot is a chief of staff that runs on Claude Code. It hands long tasks to the right agent, gathers the results, and reports conclusion first, so it reads well on a phone. You can shape its personality and tone to suit you.
- Chat on TelegramWrite to Dot as you'd text anyone. For longer jobs it replies "Got it" first, then sends the result when it's done.
- DelegationKeep a working agent for each folder, like video editing, a blog or the wiki, and Dot sends each job to the right one. It can run several at once.
- Mail · CalendarReading, summarizing, drafting replies and checking your schedule happen right away. Anything that goes out, like sending an email, waits for your OK on Telegram.
- Morning · evening briefsToday's daily at 7 AM and a wrap-up in the evening. Reply, and it's saved to your dashboard.
- MemoryIt writes down your preferences, how you work and what's in progress, and carries it into the next conversation. Say "forget it" and it deletes them.
- Always onRuns continuously on your Mac and restarts on its own if it stops.

One-line reply
"Move the meeting." "Log this." Dot updates your calendar and dashboard.
Hand it off
Folder agents handle long jobs, and Dot follows up and reports back.

Moments, habit check-ins and thoughts all stay on your dashboard and become heatmaps and stats.
This is all it takes to start.
Everything runs on your own computer, so you need one Mac you can leave on.

Ask about setup →Frequently asked questions
Where is my data stored?
In folders on your Mac, as Markdown files. Moments, thoughts, habits and tasks are all plain text, so they're easy to move to another app or back up. Content Dot works with, like mail and calendar items, is processed through Claude.
Can I use it with no coding experience?
Using it only takes a browser and Telegram. Installing it involves the terminal, so if that's new to you, we recommend the done-for-you setup.
Does it work on Windows?
Not yet. It's built for the Mac. Dot's always-on running and automatic restart use macOS features.
Do I pay for Claude separately?
Yes. Dot runs on your own Claude account, so you need your own Claude subscription.
Can I see the dashboard on my phone?
The daily page is designed for a phone screen, and you can open it from the Telegram link each morning. We'll go over how to open the full dashboard away from home based on your setup.
